Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to any purchases made with Cushion House Australia by purchasing any products with our store you acknowledge you have read, understood and agree to be bound to our terms and conditions.

Cushion House Australia offers a lifetime warranty on all our cushions, covers, seams and zippers and a 3-year guarantee on all our fabrics for use in both domestic and commercial conditions.

A full replacement will be offered on our cushion covers if it’s found there is a manufacturing defect providing the cushions have been used in accordance to our recommendations and care instructions.

Custom-made cushions will be fully rectified or replaced if manufacturing defects are apparent or the cushions are not to the order specification. We do not offer refunds on our custom cushion range. We must be notified within 5 working days of accepting delivery.

We allow 20mm tolerance on all our custom-made cushions however we always endeavour to be as close as possible to the exact measurements.

Standard delivery is given on all our products, please advise when placing your order whether your goods can be left at the delivery address. Additional fees will be incurred for recorded deliveries. Cushion House Australia accept no responsibility for loss of goods on delivery if not recorded.

We are unable to offer a refund policy on our custom-made cushions for a change of mind after close of the business the day your order was placed. This is due to the nature of our custom cushions being bespoke products and specifically made to your order. Cushion House Australia will at their discretion change fabric or sizes if your order has not started the production process.

We have the right to remove any special offers at any time without notice however we will fulfil any orders that have been placed prior to the special offer being removed.

All goods are offered subject to availability if any delays in shipment are to occur the customer will be notified within 3 working days and be offered the choice of a full refund or a replacement product.

Cushion House Australia will accept no postage costs for products that are found not to be defective however we will cover all postage costs for any products that are deemed to be faulty or incorrect.

We accept returns less postage fees for return of stock products providing the product is returned unused with tags and packaging.
